WHO CREATED KIFKIF RADIO?
Tunisian living in Paris, journalist, blogger, radio presenter, and among other human rights defender for 10 years. Ali Abidi is the creator of this young radio station. Ali was also an active member of the 2010 Arab Spring revolution in Tunisia.
WHO IS KIFKIF RADIO FOR?
It is the story of those who seek other paths, different paths, paths of sharing, of communication, of openness to the world, and to others. Kifkif Radio is also the alternative media that makes the voices of an entire diaspora heard, that of Tunisia, but also of a united Maghreb.
WHY KIFKIF RADIO?
After months of evolving in a difficult context, that of the health crisis of March 2020, Ali thought, rethought the world around him, and concluded that the life of our peoples depended on media information even more strongly than 'Before. Indeed, today's world can boast of the multitude of active media resources. The freedom of speech and point of view of our diaspora is an essential value in the construction of this project. Moreover, the radio remains the freest vector of communication to date without any real control, like the Internet. It is for all these reasons that it seems essential that the word still circulate today in radio format
